I installed my eSIM it made a mistake along the way in setting up cellular and can’t use the phone.

ESim/cellular not working on iPhone 13 My cellular is not working. When i go on Cellular on Settings it says primary, my phone number and when I go in that it says “Turn on This Line” or Delete Esim. Those are the only options. My Esim is connected to my secondary IMEI if that matters and the Primary IMEI is not in use. eSIM unable to Continue Cellular Configuration I am unable to activate an eSIM on my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 17.4.1) while traveling in Portugal. The error is Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration. iPhone is unlocked. WiFi and carrier signals are strong. I’ve never used a 2nd number, other eSIM or other physical SIM card. Reset Network settings, Airplane mode on/off, and power cycling do not resolve issue. Carriers (Verizon, MEO for eSim) tell me there is no issue with eSIM or their network, “it is an iPhone issue.”

Nothing is unrecoverable.

And eSIM provisioning is still a fairly new process for everyone (including carriers) … so issues DO occur.

Simply call your carrier and they’ll be able to resolve.
