Factory reset
If I factory reset one iPhone will I lose any of my data on the new iPhone I have that has a different service that is active

Factory resetting one iPhone correctly will not remove or affect any data on any other device.
However manually deleting data one bit at a time from one phone may affect the same data sync'd on other devices.
So always use Settings, General, Transfer or reset iphone ,Erase all content and settings to do the job safely
