If your “other phone” is an iPhone and you use it, then you can sign on with the same Apple ID that you use on your present iPhone. This way all your devices signed on with the same Apple ID will appear under your device list.

NOTE: If someone else is using your “other phone” then it is not a good idea to use the same Apple ID.
