Do I have to pay for iCloud on each device I own? I pay for 2TB but it doesn’t show up on my iPad or Mac, only on my iPhone. All logged in to the same apple ID.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

No. iCloud storage is tied to your Apple ID, not a specific device.

Where are you looking for it exactly?

On the iPad Settings->Account->iCloud

On the Mac System Settings/Preferences->Apple ID

What do you see there?
