"BenQ EW2480 23.8 Monitor" not getting 75hz refresh rate m1 Mac mini

I am using "BenQ EW2480 23.8" Eye-Care IPS Monitor" monitor which is 75hz.. but when i connect into my m1 mac mini it's not showing 75hz only 60hz and below resoulation showing into my display.

how can i slove it..

Macbook Pro M1 Pro 120hz LG monitor I just bought a Macbook Pro M1 Pro 14" and I want to connect my LG monitor that supports 144hz but when I connect the monitor it will only display at 60hz. (I used to connect the same monitor with my Macbook Pro touchbar 15" 2017 and I was able to get 120hz). Help?

Mac Mini M2 Monitor Compatibility Hi, Could anyone provide guidance on monitor compatibility for the Mac mini M2? I've seen the refresh rate of 60hz. Does this mean I specifically need to buy a monitor with that refresh rate or could i buy a monitor with a refresh rate of 144hz and still use it? Many thanks

The M1 Mac mini only supports 4K at 60Hz using an HDMI to HDMI cable connected to an HDMI display.
