Refund

I successfully requested a refund for a subscription on the app store. I have received an invoice stating my refund has gone through but the funds haven’t been sent to my bank account.

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
