Esim doesn't work
Hi, I bought an iPhone 14 pro from apple store today because my old phone has been stolen from someone. Therefor, I don't have my phone with me, but the Apple staff did put the information on my SIM card (I gave him when bought the phone) and my phone number to activate the esim. However, my esim didn't work when I started using the new 14. What can I do now?
