I have just update to iPad OS 16 and have noticed a white semi circle on the top right corner of my screen that is only present on the home Screen and in landscape mode. See attached image.

It looks like this is a wallpaper and the corner is likely part of the image. To help isolate, try changing the wallpaper to something different and check if that still appears. The steps below will help change the wallpaper:
Go to Settings> Wallpaper > Choose a New Wallpaper.
