iTunes not recognizing phone

After multiple tutorials, guides, and hours of trying to get iTunes to recognize my phone, it still hasn't. I have updated both my PC and iPhone, I have tried 5 different charging cables, I have updated every software and device, and I have pressed the Trust this computer button. I have done every step listed on [If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support ], but still nothing. Unsuprisingly, when I connect anyone else's phone to the computer, iTunes will detect their phones. What other solutions are there that I am missing to get iTunes to detect my iPhone?

Hey, I finally got everything to work. Maybe I was impatient but it took around 5-10 minutes for iTunes to prompt a new screen enabling me to setup the device. I was able to get to this screen shown below and it took another 5-10 minutes of iTunes being really slow but eventually I was able to get to the screen where I can backup or restore my phone. Thank you!
