belkin usb-c 11-in-1 stops working after update to Ventura/iPad 16

it used to be fine with my Macbook Air M1, but after upgrading to Ventura it no longer be identified as a 11-in -1 anymore.

It becomes USB3.0-CRW, USB2.0 hub and USB Billboard device. PD is not charging, HDMI/VGA doesn't work.

I tried the security option to always allow accessories to connect, but it that won't help.

it also doesn't work with iPad Pro 2021 recently upgraded to iPadOS 16 at the same time as Macbook+Ventura... yes, stupid me.

The hub works fine with my windows workstation, so I'm sure it's not a faulty unit, but rather software bug from apple.

I've already order a new hub in hope that it might work as I need it for my job.

But i'm afraid it might not if it's software bugs.

Does anyone have a solution around this, please?
