Spectrum tv app won’t mirror live tv

Hi all, in the last week or so our spectrum tv app will not mirror live tv to our lg tvs. No problem when trying to view saved content or even when viewing the guide. This happens from any iPad or iPhone - we get a screen popping up with airplay settings on the tv while the app says it is playing on the tv. Tried calling spectrum who said it wasn’t on their end. Did the usual sequence of clearing stored history, deleted the app and reinstalled it along with ensuring the tv software is up to date.
