SD card reader issue, when loaded it appears for a split second and then goes away, what can i do?

Hello there,

I have a intel macbook pro 13-inch, 2020 and been trying to read my SD cards with a usb c to sd card reader from apple, and they only show for a split second in the disk utility and then disappears, having formatet the card on other OS's it seemed to worked fine but it refuses to work on macos. What can i do to solve it?

Try a different card,

a different cable,

a different card reader,

a different format

and compare your results

Thank you for your suggestions, I have tried diffrent cards, i have tried those in different card readers and I have formated the cards with other OS's to all available formats with no luck.

I've tested it on other macbook and it seems to be a problem specific only to my machine, since learning this I did a full reinstall and still no success.

When looking at the disk utility it shows up as a external device but only for a split second, when the screen is recorded it's only displayed on one frame and then goes away
