My screen looks like it's a photo negative, all the writing has gone white, and the background screen saver really brightly coloured. it's hard to describe. Any ideas?
This looks like a setting like "Invert Colors" may have been activated, for some reason.

Go to System Settings->Accessibility->Display.
Drag the "Display Contrast" all the way to the left.

Mmm good idea, unfortunately I can’t see it though to alter it. But it’s a good idea it could be that.

I use Dark Mode, and in it the slider was barely visible. In Light Mode, it was completely invisible, though; I suppose it took dragging blindly until about half way through.
My screen resolution has gone really weird since updating Ventura, the writing has gone white instead of black, and all the icon's kind of look as if they are photo negatives, it starts okay as usually and then as its logging in just shifts
