Audio issues in video calls iPhone 13

Hello, tried everything, people I’m talking too after few minutes sees me moving but audio is continuously interrupted. Now I probably solved, I hope people can benefit from this, and apple can do something. Just turn down audio level, it seems like the ambient sound plus audio from talking let iPhone think there is too much noise and a bad way to manage this let iPhone stop sound like it is cancelling noise. If you reduce audio level the audio from speaker doesn’t enter too much in the microphone and the problem doesn’t appear! I hope this can help. Apple support didn’t help at all
