Running 12.6
I cant upgrade to 12.6.1 since it is not an approved version yet by my IT department.
I logged out of my apple account from my OSX operating system a few weeks ago as I dont want to have an apple ID login any more.
when rebooting I am asked if I want to login to facetime and to enter my apple ID password. Looks like when I press cancel that option is not persisting between reboots.
Anybody else have this issue?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you signed out of FaceTime completely. Right? If so, you may continue to receive these prompts until you sign in again. Another option that may work better is turning FaceTime off. The following info is from Sign in to or out of FaceTime on Mac - Apple Support.
"Turn FaceTime on or off
If you want to stay signed in to FaceTime but stop receiving calls, you can turn off FaceTime. If someone calls you, you won’t receive a notification for the call; to the caller, it looks like you’re not available.
In the FaceTime app on your Mac, do one of the following:

Maybe we weren't clear, but the prompt you are seeing is because the system thinks FaceTime is still on and you need to log in. We we recommended is that you sign in to FaceTime and then disable it. Once disabled, you shouldn't be getting these notifications any longer.

Your solution did not work.
The "Turn FaceTime Off" option is not highlighted since I am not logged in. How do I turn off the prompts to log into facetime when I reboot?
