Is there a way my children can see “Mom” or “Dad” approved/denied their requests, rather than our first names?

My children use “Ask to buy” as well as Screen Time limits that allow them to send requests to me husband and me. When we respond to these requests, it shows an alert on their device that “[First Name] approved/denied your request.” Our kids aren’t allowed to call us by our first names; it seems more appropriate for the alert to say “Mom” or “Dad.” Is there currently a way to set up these titles in Family Sharing?
