Group chat imessage

When i am in a imessage group chat, i can text and respond to the messages, and it sometimes takes away that option. It wont give me the option to text anymore, it looks as if i’ve been kicked out or i’ve left.

Group texts to Android not working I had an iPhone 11 and transferred everything to a new iPhone 14 Pro. I have a group text with 3 iPhone users and 1 Android user. It was working with the iPhone 11, but when I tried to use an iMessage group text to them, it always said, “Not delivered” and I don’t get any texts from the group anymore (doesn’t show as an error to any of them). I tried all of the online tips of updating, deleting, restarting, checking SMS settings, and resetting network settings. I tried messaging everyone individually and texts all worked, even with the Android user. What can I do? It’s ridiculous!

I cannot reply to specific iPhone group text message since iOS 16.1 Since newest update 16.1 I cannot reply to specific group text message. Others are on same version with no issues. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You may need to be added to the group chat again. Have the parties included in the group chat follow these steps to put you back in:

Add and remove people in group text messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
