Hi one day my watch just went black with the apple sign. Nothing happened to the watch but it went black and when I have tried to hard reset it many times it never comes back on. Please let me know what I can do to make it work again, thank you for your time

Make sure you're using the steps below to force restart the Apple Watch if it's stuck with an Apple logo on screen:
To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
