I set my mom’s phone up with my Apple ID and it caused for my wallet to open on her phone. I logged out my Apple ID from her phone and she has since created a new iD for herself. But my cards still appear on her phone even after I Deleted them and have since changed my passwords twice. How do I prevent my wallet from appearing on her phone. She now lives in a different state.

Those cards will have to be removed from her Wallet & Apple Pay manually. On her iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Wallet & Apple Pay: Here, tap on each card and then select Remove Card (at the bottom).
