If you turn on screen recording, iPhone 13 Pro Max's Promotion run at full 120Hz for the entire duration of recording. If u turn off the function, it will show only 70-80 fps. I feel it in Settings, Photos, App Store and so on.
Is it a bug or iPhone needs repair? I have reset it. The “issue” didn’t disappear.
Some apps run at full 120Hz, some not. My iPhone was tested by Apple Advisor and he didn’t find any issues there.

No. It can’t help me. I feel difficulty with native apps, too. Maybe some of apps are not opmitized, it’s ok.
