Setting up Sign in with Apple for existing accounts

if I have an existing account with a 3rd party, can I change that to Sign in with Apple, or does that mean I have to create a separate account and lose all my history, settings and payment info?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

You would be creating a new account. You can try contacting wherever you want to use Sign In with Apple to see if they can help.
