no password to change app;e id what to do?
I need to change my Apple ID as the one i use is my EX's. I do not have access to her password. What do I do?

You can sign out from iTunes & App Stores, iMessage and FaceTime without a password, but if it's signed in to iCloud then you will need to the password to turn off Find My and sign out.
Settings->Account(top of settings)->Media & Purchases->Sign Out.
Settings->Messages->Send & Receive->Apple ID->Sign Out
Settings->FaceTime->Caller ID->Apple ID->Sign Out.
Settings->Account->Find My
Settings->Account->Sign out (all the way at the bottom).
