iPhone

hello, my iPhone will not let me do anything, enter any apps or try to restart using the side buttons.

the problem started when using FaceTime, I have removed the FaceTime app but it is still showing a blank tab in my tabs bars. it will will only let me access my messages app as that was the only tab open

I have done this. regarding the instructions, does it mean to stay do them all the same time of step by step
