Repair of my MacBook pro

my macbook screen got cracked and i had apple care+. I sent my mac to service center by box . its been already 7 days the status is showing the same as ( Our technicians are inspecting your product to diagnose the issue.) . Did anyone know the turnaround time to repair the MacBook ??

Screen broken without any impact MBP 2019 16” I bought a 2019 MacBook Pro brand new in November of 2021 from Best Buy. When I woke up on the 642nd day, I found the screen black with some horizontal lines at the bottom at first. Then as I restarted it a few times those lines disappeared and all that is visible is a blur of colors in the bottom left corner. I’ve taken it to 2 certified Apple repair places and they want to charge $400 or more to fix it because I don’t have Apple care. I’ve owned 2 MBP in the past and they both lasted more than ten years so why in the world would I think I would need Apple care when the laptop is only a year old. A Genius Bar technician told me that they can’t guarantee quality because these computers are mass produced now and that’s where Apple care comes in. As if everyone is expected to fork out more money only a year later after paying over $2000 for what is expected to be a high quality machine. Anyone else experiencing display issues with their MacBook Pro 2019 16”?

2023 16” M2Pro MacBook Pro screen issue. So, for some unknown reason my 2023 MacBook Pro has developed a cracked screen. I simply opened the machine and there was a tornado shaped crack from top to bottom - with the rest of the screen now just black. The thing is - it’s under warrantee but the ‘geniuses’ at Apple said it’s not covered as it’s a user caused issue. I opened the machine via the centre lip so I’m at a loss as to how that constitutes user damage. Additionally, under a magnifying glass the crack seems to have originated from an internal screw holding the FaceTime camera etc to the outer casing. So my question is simple - before I refer the issue to the consumer affairs ombudsman, is there any way to get a second opinion on the issue by Apple or it’s authorised repairers, as it’s clearly a manufacturing defect and I’m not paying almost $3k to get a $4k machine that’s still under warranty repaired.

MacBook Pro 2021 M1 Pro 1TB Screen Broken I recently broke my Macbook pro screen on my laptop and I think the whole top shell needs to be replaced to fix the screen. How much would it run me with Apple Care?

I would expect no less then 10 days.

If parts are in limited supply could be longer..
