Cannot access my watch
My Apple Watch won’t stop talking with a man and cannot enter passcode and a white rectangle box keeps appearing on the screen. Can anyone help?

Hi Tomgray94,
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're referring to Voiceover on Apple Watch. You can disable this Accessibility feature directly from Apple Watch from Settings or using Siri.
1. Open the Settings appon your Apple Watch.
2. Go to Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn on VoiceOver.
To turn VoiceOver off, double-tap the VoiceOver button.
Siri: “Turn VoiceOver on” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”
You can also use your iPhone to turn on VoiceOver for your Apple Watch—open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, go to Accessibility, then tap the VoiceOver option. Or, use the Accessibility Shortcut.
These steps can be found in Use VoiceOVer on Apple Watch of the Apple Watch User Guide.
Regards.
