Android to Apple.

I have a samsung galaxy tablet A, which I use for all my music. I recently downloaded some new songs apple and signed up for unlimited songs. I tried to add new songs, but the new songs say they've been added already. However, they are never there. Where did they actually go and how do I get them from their playlist to my master playlist. Also, I get a pop up each time try to download the songs that says it can't be purchased at this time. I have a subscription, and for older songs, I already paid for them. HELP PLEASE.

Hello vclaflinsommers1,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We have some great steps available that will possibly resolve these issues. Please test after each step:

- Restart the app: Quit Apple Music and then reopens it.

To make sure that the app is completely closed and all background processes are stopped before reopening it, follow these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Apps, then tap it.
  4. Tap Apple Music.
  5. Tap Force Stop. If you see a message that says "If you force stop an app, it may misbehave," tap OK.
  6. Return to the Home screen or the application list, and reopen Apple Music.
  7. If the issue persists, restart the device.

- Clear the app cache

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Apps, then tap it.
  4. Tap Apple Music.
  5. Tap Storage, then tap Clear Cache.
  6. Return to the Home screen or the application list, and reopen Apple Music.

- Restart the device

- Sign out of Apple Music and then sign back in

To sign out:

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. From the bottom of the screen, tap either Library, Listen Now, Browse, or Radio.
  3. Tap  .
  4. Tap Account Settings.
  5. From the bottom of the screen, tap Sign Out.

To sign back in:

  1. Tap  .
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Sign In.

Keep in mind that when you sign out and then sign back in, you must re-download all of the music that you want to listen to offline.

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
