I was noticing that certain emails were coming back into my inbox after being sent. I realized I had clicked on an option called suggest follow up. I have now removed that option but I am still getting some emails coming back after I sent them, days later. How to fix?

Thank you for your response. Yes, the emails show back up top in my inbox. No, they are not limited to a specific recipient. Previously, when this happened, I realized I had the follow up button clicked on but then turned it off. I am still though getting my sent email back up top from several recipients, not just one. Is there a way to stop this?
