fonts for ipad
I have followed Apple’s directions to install fonts but it doesn’t show in my Mail app. Help! In ios16 on an iPad Pro 11 inch 2nd gen.

There are only certain apps that will see/use custom installed fonts.
Custom fonts will only be detected by apps there were coded to see/detect the installation of custom installed fonts.
The stock, free iOS/iPadOS Mail app is not one of them
Be advised, even if you had access to custom fonts in the Mail app, if these fonts are not embedded into any of the text fields, no one on the receiving end of your emails will ever see these fonts, if they are not installed on the receiving end by the email receiver's own iPad.
So, custom fonts in emails almost never get to someone on the receiving end.
