I switched Roku sticks with another TV that was set up with a different email address. Now the tv doesn't recognize my Apple TV subscription. Do I have to do a factory reset on the Roku stick and lose all the account info?

Is my only option to do a factory reset on my Roku stick and lose all my account info?

The Apple TV app will need its own sign-in, separate from the general setup of the device.

Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon) with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.

If needed, the Apple TV app has its own app-only reset function.

If needed, multiple Apple ID accounts can be in use in this app.
