Logging into Apple TV issue

Using Xfinity cable box to watch Apple tv

Now it is acting like I am a new customer and wants me to subscribe again

No options to just be able to login with my user id

Do you have a suggestion to resolve this problem?

Unable to sign in to Apple TV+ on Firestick I can't sign into my Apple TV + account on my Firestick, even though I saved the email and password in the past. I've used every password I can think of, even the one I just created in July of 2025 (it's now January of 2026). Can I change the password somewhere or is there something else I can do?

With the Xfinity Remote, are you pushing the Xfinity button, then scrolling to the right to the Apps menu?

If you click on one of the Apple TV promo, like the current one that shows 3 months free Apple TV, it will take you to a sign up page as this is only for new users.
