How do I reset my iPhone 14 pro without losing eSIM?
I’m not not able to find the option “erase all data except eSIM”

Double check the setting:
Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Erase All Content & Settings ➡️ eSIM: When you tap on eSIM, you will get a confirmation that you will be given an option to Keep or Erase the eSIM. After that press Continue.
