My Apple ID is saying an unknown error after completing my 2 step authentication, and correctly putting my password in.. it just says an unknown error

My App Store was showing that I haven’t downloaded anything ( when I know the apps have been downloaded) it wouldn’t also let me pay for things. After research it said to log out of Apple ID, so I did.. and after putting my password in correctly and doing the 2 step authentication it showed up with ‘ unknown errror’. I also searched this up and it said about wifi, so I used my 4 G and it still did not work


i am on iPhone if that helps
