You are not going to be able to find that iPhone digitally or with the use of the internet. This is because it if offline since there is no service and it is offline. The battery is probably dead as well. There is no way for the iPhone to report its location in the condition that you have described. You may have to try and find that iPhone physically by looking for it.

If you had Find My enabled on the phone, the phone must be online and connected to the Internet with a good charge on the battery before it will show up on a map.

If the phone is offline, it cannot be located.
