My App Store and iTunes are disabled

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.


I have to pay the rest of the money because it was not enough

money on my card

Yes, sure, if you buy something you have to pay.

If your money is not enough, then you have to add money to your card. Otherwise you don't buy anything.

That is also the case in real life.

If you don't pay, your account will be disabled or declined in the App Store and iTunes.


If you want to make purchases or update / download apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one
