Sync hangs up on Artwork

I'm syncing my iPhone with my MacBook Pro and it goes through the steps until it gets to Artwork and just keeps trying to finish.

Album and Podcast Artwork Randomly Incorrect After syncing my new iPhone 14Pro, the album and podcast artwork is very incorrect. Even albums that have artwork are in the wrong place. (Avril Lavigne album artwork in Lady Gaga album artwork, for example). I had this issue before with albums that didn't have artwork getting other artwork put in, which I understand, but this is bananas. Do I have to go through every album and correct it like I did before? How can I prevent it from happening when I sync my phone again? Please help!

Hi Grizzy's Mom,

If your tracks are not syncing from a Mac to iPhone, first ensure that the songs in question are fully downloaded and will play on the Mac. Symbols used in Music on Mac can help confirm the status for each track. You may also test that process in safe mode using How to use safe mode on your Mac as a guide to test and rule out possible conflicts.

If unable to resolve the matter using any of these steps contact Apple Support to investigate further.
