Homepods do not play Apple Music. "I couldn't find $ARTIST in your Apple Music library."

Homepods do not play Apple Music. "I couldn't find $ARTIST in your Apple Music library. You can play a radio station, or listen to music on another app." is the response I get from all 7 of the HomePods in my house.

I have an active Apple Music subscription that's been working just fine until the last round of updates. Now, HomePods will play things like "Rain sounds" but won't play from Apple Music when I ask "Hey Siri, play some Smashing Pumpkins."

I've re-started all of them multiple times. No issues streaming Apple Music from other devices.
