Payment and shipping under iCloud name

When I click on payment and shipping under my name on iOS 16.1 it opens Apple Music app first before it shows me payment and shipping details.

payment & shipping is only available if I reinstall Apple Music So I removed the Apple Music app because (1) I never used it (2) I had some trouble with it in CarPlay. Everything seemed right but now I wanted to update my credit card information under "Payment and Shipping" and surprisingly I get the message "Restore “Music”? To continue, download “Music” from App Store.” and I only have the option to “Show in App Store” or “Cancel”. Why do I need the Music App to make changes on my credit card information?

My iphone doesnt have the purchases and media option In my name in the Apple id I do not have the option to add payments so I can download apps. Where else could it be?

Unable to access payment and shipping within Apple ID settings. Forces Apple Music download. When cancel is selected it returns me to Apple ID menu. When accept is selected it reroutes to App Store. whats happening is this a security issue? Unable to access payment and shipping within Apple ID settings. Forces Apple Music download. Had to start download of app then pause from Home Screen to access payment and removed card. Ironically, im also disputing over 150 Apple transactions for nearly $1000 with my bank. Apple purchase history does not reflect.
