Recovering voice text

Hello Mva1990,

When you say a voice text, are you referring to a Voice Memo? Or perhaps a Voicemail? Maybe an audio message sent within a text message? Each of those specific items may or may not be able to be recovered, depending on how it was deleted and if you have a backup.

• Check your voicemail on iPhone - Look in the "Play, share, or delete a voicemail message" section where it explains: "To recover a deleted message, tap Deleted Messages, tap the message, then tap Undelete."

• Edit or delete a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone - "Recover or erase a deleted recording

1. Tap the Recently Deleted folder, then tap the recording you want to recover or erase.
2. Do any of the following:

• Recover the selected recording: Tap Recover.
• Recover everything in the Recently Deleted folder: Tap Edit above the Recently Deleted list, then tap Recover All.
• Delete everything in the Recently Deleted folder: Tap Edit above the Recently Deleted list, then tap Delete All."

• Delete and recover messages on your iPhone or iPad - Check the "Retrieve a deleted message or conversation" section.

1. "In Messages, tap Edit.
2. Tap Show Recently Deleted .
3. Choose the conversations with the messages you want to restore, then tap Recover.
4. Tap Recover Message or Recover [Number] Messages."
