won't let me reset my son's screen time passcode so we can trade in his phone

I cannot reset my son's screen time passcode so we can wipe his phone for trade in. Verizon was unable to help us. I forgot the password and it won't let me reset with my apple id

Screen Time Reset Password This is a really big frustrating problem for me, I have a school Ipad that is unable to sign into an iCloud account because that setting is disabled. My dad put screen time on it and I can't take it off. When I go to forgot passcode it asked me to put in they Apple ID that was used to set it up. But none of my Apple ID’s nor his work!!!! How do I figure out which Apple ID was used to set it up and is there a way I can get around it and just turn it off without the password screen time password or Apple ID?

Forgot screen time passcode? Me and my 2 children got new iPhones and I changed my kids phone numbers but not mine. I can’t remember the screen time passcode. I also had to set up a new iCloud when setting up new iPhone for my daughter since she was at school and I forgot her password for original Apple ID, now the sign out is grey and I can’t put in her original Apple ID.

iPhone password my dad set a screen time passcode on my iphone 12 a while ago and he forgot the password to it. i went into the “forgot password?” option and i added my apple id ect but it seems like my dad restricted that option as well so their is no other option then to add in the screen time passcode that my dad forgot. i tried restarting my phone but i need the screen time code to even do that. idk what to do. can someone help
