How to fix....or at least turn off the thing: Getting unbidden screen with huge magnification and then can't move the item so I can get to whatever icon I want or the item to slide to turn it off.
Have a New (to me) iPhone 11 (certified refurbished on Amazon)...

Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers. Then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off Zoom that you probably accidentally enabled.
