iPhone Lock Screen black for a split second

Ever since the new iOS update, I've noticed that when I go to tap my screen or unlock my phone, my Lock Screen starts off black for a split second then shows my wallpaper. Does anyone know what causes this and how it can be fixed? It's not really major, but a little frustrating whenever | look at my phone. I'm using an iPhone 14 pro, but when I had my 11 pro and updated to iOS 16, it did the same thing. Thank you!
