Custom control of mobile phone charging

I connected my phone to the macbook via a cable. How do I run programs on my macbook to control whether or not to charge my iphone

iPhone XS, iOS 14

Open iTunes/Finder and eject the iPhone when you do not want to charge it.

Don't plug it into the charging port if you do not want it to charge. Besides, once the phone is charged, keeping it plugged in is not going to charge it. The phone knows when it is charged and stops the charging process.
