Yes, and it’s easy! Go to Settings —> Battery —> Battery health and charging —> and toggle off Optimized Battery Charging.
You’ll be given a few choices regarding how long you want it turned off. That’s it!

Sorry, welcome for what? I know how to change battery optimization manually. I want iOS to figure out that in situations where optimized charging would complete after an alarm, optimized charging should be automatically disabled - no manual intervention. Otherwise the typical scenario will be to unplug the phone after the alarm and be left without full charge.
