When my alarm goes off in the morning and I hit snooze, It pauses the alarm rather than snoozing. The alarm still shows up on the lock screen but there is no snooze countdown. The screen message says "Alarm Clock" and has a timer that counts up. It will stay that way for hours until I tell it to snooze or turn off.
I don't understand how it gets to that screen or how to stop it from doing it.
