Apple Watch Ultra locking while on wrist

I reported the issue to Apple and they technician’s are having a look at it if they solve my case I let you guys know ;))

I am having the same problem. Just started recently. Is there a fix?

I’ve in-paired, and paired again. That didn’t fix the issue either. I have taken it to the Apple Store twice and they were zero help.

I also have this problem for my ultra and only occurs when I go for a walk. It can happen multiple times in the same walk. I have not found a solution to this bug. Thanks

Same issue with my Ultra. Never had an issue with my two previous watches. Hoping for a solution listed here soon.

That’s what they say when they don’t have an appropriate answer. I’ve owned several watches and have had tattoos for years. This is my first time having this problem.

I have tattoos on my left arm so with that said I tried it on my right wrist that has zero tattoos and still locks on my wrist. I definitely regret getting an Apple Watch

I have the same issue but only when I am wearing the Alpine loop. Not with the Trail loop or Ocean band.

It happened twice in 2 days on my Apple Watch 8 while I was working at my desk. I never had this issue with my old 3 and no tatoo here.

I hope Apple can fix this with a software update.

I can't reproduce this issue. I haven't run into this with 4 watches.

Ive done the un-pair re-pair, the light reset, the hard reset. Nothing has worked. I’ve been told many reasons why it locks, but none of this can be confirmed. Good luck!
