How Can I Cancel Apple Pay Subscriptions on a Locked Phone?

So, in July of this year, I was locked out of my iPhone 8 because I forgot the passcode. I recently gotten a new phone (iPhone 12 Mini), and I've been accessing certain things from the Apple and iCloud websites. Unfortunately, my bank card is still registered on the iPhone 8, but it won't let me really take it off.

I read somewhere on here that you can't clear a payment method (especially your only one) if you have active subscriptions going on. My phone is bricked now so I don't even know if I can get it reset at an Apple store now to fix it.

Is there something I can do without involving my old phone to cancel my current subscriptions so I don't keep paying for something I can't use?
