Hello patatr,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. You can add an existing email address at your domain by following these steps:

"How adding a domain you own works

When you add a custom domain you already own, you go through the following steps:

Step 1. Enter the domain name and choose if you want to share it with friends or family members.

Step 2. If you have existing email addresses for the domain, add and assign them.

Step 3. Set up the domain, select your default email address, and (optionally) import email messages from your previous provider.

Step 1: Enter the domain details

  1. On iCloud.com, go to Account Settings, click Manage in the Custom Email Domain section, then click “Add a domain you own.”
  2. If you’ve already added at least one domain, scroll down first.
  3. Indicate who will use the domain. Choose one of the following:
    • Only You: Choose this option if you’re the only person who will use the domain.
    • You and Other People: Choose this option if you want to share the domain with friends or family members. During setup, you can configure email addresses for each person.
  1. Enter the domain name, then click Continue.

Step 2: Add people and enter existing email addresses

Add the people you want to share the domain with (if applicable) and enter the email addresses you already use with this domain name. (You can create new email addresses after you set up the domain.)

  1. Choose who you want to share the domain with. Do any of the following:
  • Add a person: Click Add People. Enter the phone number or email address of the person you want to add, then click Continue.
    • You can share the domain with up to five other people. If you add someone who’s not part of your Family Sharing group, they need to accept the invitation before they’re added to the domain.
    • Remove a person: Click the Remove button, then click Remove.
  1. Note: If you’re part of a Family Sharing group, your Family Sharing members are added by default. If you don’t want to share the domain with them, you can remove them.
  2. Add an existing email address. Locate the person who the email address belongs to, then type the email address in the field below their name.
  3. If there aren’t any existing email addresses associated with this domain, click “No email addresses” and go to Step 3: Set up the domain.
  4. If you want to add an additional email address for any person, click the Add button. In the field that appears, type the additional address.
  5. Each person can have a maximum of three active email addresses for a domain.
  6. After you finish adding all existing addresses, click “Add email address(es).”
  7. A verification email is sent to each of the email addresses you added. You can see the verification status of each email address below the address. If necessary, you can click Resend Verification Emails to resend the email to all pending addresses.

Note: You can’t add an email address if you or someone else is using it with a different Apple ID. If you want to add that address, the other Apple ID needs to be changed to a different email address. See the Apple Support article Change your Apple ID.

Step 3: Set up the domain

  1. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish setting up your domain. Depending on the domain, you may be prompted to sign in to your domain registrar to automatically update your records. Otherwise, you need to manually update your DNS records. For information on how to update your MX, TXT, and CNAME records, see the Apple Support article Set up an existing domain with iCloud Mail.
  2. Choose a default email address to use when you send iCloud mail. You can change this at any time in Mail preferences. See Choose a default email address to send mail from on iCloud.com.
  3. You can import existing email messages from your previous email provider to iCloud Mail (not available for all providers). Click “Import now,” then follow the onscreen instructions to sign in to your previous mail account.
  4. It may take some time to import all your messages. They appear in an iCloud Mail folder with the name of your email address. If you had your mail organized into multiple folders in your previous email account, those folders appear inside the new folder.
  5. You can also import messages later."

These steps are outlined in this helpful article and can help: Add an email domain you already own to iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
