Not working

it isn’t letting me download apps from the AppStore or see my account when I’m on the AppStore. I have storage and have good wifi and signal. I’m not sure what else it could be? The circle just keeps going round and round. It’s also not letting me load a screenshot I took onto this question maybe they’re linked?
