Iphone shows messages in wrong order

I just moved from android to iPhone and all my old messages where transferred but in wrong order. I use only green messages. If a receive a new message it’s never on the bottom of the conversation but somewhere else so it’s hard for me to know what people have messaged me. On the bottom of my conversations are old (maybe even years old) messages and a lot of mms. Please help
