by any chance could someone tell me if this is a scam I’m not sure but it says apple on it “apple security “ thank you :)

yes, it is indeed a scam message, presented by criminals.
Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

No, you are not going to lose any data. The message is 100% a scam.
